The Morang Innovative Neonatal Intervention (MINI) program is a partnership among Ministry of Health & Population, District Public Health Office Morang, JSI Research & Training Institute Inc., Saving Newborn Lives/Save the Children USA, and Nepal Family Health Program/USAID.

It is a community based management of neonatal infection by community health workers and volunteers in all the 65 Village Development Committees (VDCs) of Morang district of Nepal.
